Europcar turns to KXEN’s infiniteInsight for predictive analytics

KXEN, the leading provider of predictive analytics for business users, today announced that Europcar, the leader in car rental services in Europe, has purchased KXEN’s flagship product, InfiniteInsight®, to provide more targeted offers to its customer as well as optimise insurance risk, fraud and operations using predictive analytics.

During their evaluation of KXEN, Europcar was able to demonstrate immediate value in two initial pilots:
*  Luxury Cars – score customers based on their likelihood to rent a luxury vehicle and use the resulting list to prioritise targets in Neolane, their campaign management solution.
*  Forecasting – accurately forecast demand for vehicles by rental stations and vehicle type.
