Drewery handed leadership role with Pan Pacific London

Pan Pacific London has announced the appointment of Steven Drewery as executive assistant manager at the property.

The hotel is expected to open in the autumn.

Drewery joins from the Biltmore Mayfair, where he was an integral part of the pre-opening and operational activity for the first London outpost of Hilton’s most upmarket brand, LXR Hotels & Resorts.

This appointment comes at a pivotal time in Pan Pacific London’s development and signals a commitment to creating a best-in-class team who can provide the industry expertise necessary to deliver an unparalleled luxury address in the City of London.

In the new position, he will support Anne Golden, general manager, on strategic decision making in addition to overseeing all Pan Pacific London’s food and beverage operations.

Golden added: “Steven is passionate and determined and I’m thrilled to welcome him onboard to help execute our strategy and launch Pan Pacific London.

“With extensive operational and commercial leadership experience, Steven brings a clear vision to put Pan Pacific London on the map with an international audience and I very much look forward to working with him on this project as we prepare to open the hotel in autumn 2020.”

Pan Pacific London will be taking reservations from the spring.

Located in a mixed-use development at One Bishopsgate Plaza, the City’s new landmark tower, the hotel is currently under construction and will provide a new hospitality offering to the City of London.
