Pre-Valentine’s Weekend – Toast to love at leisure with a Pre-Valentine’s Day three-course prix fixe dinner menu, available February 10 through February 13, 2012. A choice of appetiser and entree yields such delicious options as crispy gulf snapper and beef carpaccio, with a delicious “All About Love” dessert providing the perfect ending to the night.

Priced per person, the prix fixe Pre-Valentine’s Day Menu is available in addition to TRIO’s regular à la carte menu. Reservations are highly recommended.

Valentine’s Day Dinner – Those who prefer to celebrate on Valentine’s Day will be rewarded for their traditionalist take with an incredible four-course prix fixe dinner featuring items such as tuna tartare, seared akaushi tataki, prime beef tenderloin, and seared scallops with Texas shrimp. For dessert, Executive Pastry Chef Javier Franco has dreamed up two delectable options: strawberries and cream, made with fromage blanc mousse, strawberry salad, basil foam and strawberry gelée; or a Chocolate Exclamation! plate, complete with caramelia chocolate praline tart, warm chocolate cake, banana-passion fruit rum and caramel.

The Valentine’s Day Prix Fixe Menu is based per person and available from 5:00 to 10:00 pm on February 14, 2012 only. Reservations are required.
