Regent Seven Seas Cruises will introduce Seven Seas Wellness, a new programme aimed at holistic wellbeing with opportunities that nurture the body, as well as nourish the soul. 

The programme, which debuts this summer on Mediterranean sailings aboard Regent Seven Seas Cruises’ Seven Seas Voyager, pairs a new collection of wellness-themed excursions with a curated selection of rejuvenating, signature Canyon Ranch SpaClub services; providing guests the opportunity to create their own invigorating and individualised wellness programme.

Guests who choose a Seven Seas Wellness experience will enjoy a wellness-themed excursion from a collection of more than ten options in some of the most exciting Mediterranean destinations.

To complete the distinctive, body and soul-enriching experience, they then select one of five, 50-minute Canyon Ranch spa services: World of Relief Body Buff, Tangle Me Up Wrap, Ocean Scrub, Sole Rejuvenation, and Vitamin Infusion Facial.
