Making an entrance at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane

With many transatlantic flights touching down at London’s international airports before dawn, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane now offers a special, one-of-a-kind service for early arrivals.

“We’ve all been there, feeling crumpled and travel-worn - but now there’s a solution that will make guests feel welcome, and ready to make the most of their stay in the city,” says George Murray, concierge manager at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane.

Travellers can enjoy a much happier and more stylish arrival experience when they are whisked up to the Hotel’s unique 10th Floor Lounge. After showering and freshening up in their own private dressing room, guests can enjoy a continental breakfast, catch up on the day’s news and start their stay in London in the comfort of this spectacular rooftop retreat.

“And, with the most stunning 360 degree views overlooking one of the most exciting cities in the world, London is literally at one’s feet,” says George, whose team is at the ready both before and after arrival to ensure that every need is met, whether it’s car service and theatre tickets, restaurant recommendations and the hottest exhibitions, or even flowers thoughtfully placed in one’s room for a special someone.

The 10th Floor Lounge at Four Seasons is also a wonderful vantage point for a Spa lunch or refreshments when using the adjacent fitness centre. In the evenings, the space – which includes an outdoor balcony – can be booked for private events.
