Sidecut, the modern steak concept at Four Seasons Resort Whistler, Chef de Cuisine Edison Mays and Restaurant Manager-Sommelier David Foran are taking their show on the road to the Okanagan next month.

Get to know some of the Sidecut secrets over a delicious four-course meal paired with CedarCreek Estate’s wines. Sommelier David Foran will be introducing each of the wine pairings.

The award-winning restaurant offers a contemporary twist on the classic steakhouse and has become famous for its seasonings, sauces and rubs. These rubs have built quite a following thanks to the intense complementary flavours they impart to steak, fish, poultry and game.
