Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North welcomes Liann Marks as General Manager of Talavera restaurant and Onyx Bar & Lounge, arriving most recently from the Resort’s sister property in Kona, Hawaii.
“Liann’s passion for service and innovation make her a great fit for overseeing the Talavera and Onyx teams,” says Bryan Feigenbaum, director of food and beverage at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. “She knows the operation inside and out, and her energy and excitement will be a great fit with our seasoned staff.”
Marks brings with her an extensive amount of experience, including more than four years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. She was most recently the restaurant manager at Pahu ia Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. Prior to that, she was instrumental in the opening of the property’s Beach Tree restaurant.
Marks grew up on the island of Maui, and is passionate about the outdoors. She loves the uniquely Hawaiian sport of outrigger canoeing, as well as fishing and boating. She is looking forward to trying new adventures in the Sonoran Desert, such as hiking and attending Spring Training games.
