Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail introduces three custom-designed residences available to guests beginning in November. These residences were previously only available to those wishing to purchase at the Resort.

“Ranging from two to five bedrooms, these residences can accommodate families and groups who want to enjoy all the comforts of home,” commented General Manager Mark Herron. “We invite you to experience Four Seasons lifestyle for an overnight stay, a few days or even for several weeks.”

The new residences, named after some of the highest mountains of the Gore Range, are as follows:

Mount Solitude: five bedrooms, five bathrooms, 4,400 square-foot (409 square metre) 10th floor residence with mountain views and luxurious master bedroom sanctuary. Mount Solitude is the highest member of Solitude Ridge at 13,090 feet (3990 metres).

Mount Keller: Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, 3,000 square-foot (279 square metre) 10th floor residence featuring a terrace with sweeping mountain views. A summit to the east of the range crest, Mount Keller rises to 13,085 feet (3988 metres).

Mount Valhalla: Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, 2,500 square-foot (232 square metre) 8th floor residence with expansive living space and rich natural finishes. At 13,180 feet (4017 metres), Mount Valhalla is the centrepiece of the beautiful Deluge Lake Basin.

Vail-based Slifer Designs is creating the new Mount Solitude interior, noting that its palette is inspired by rich jewel tones of jade green, deep blue and rich reds. With a nod to the 1960s, the interior is not your expected Colorado mountain design. Donning faux furs and textured fabrics, the residence will showcase a worldly look of found, collected interiors from the world traveller.

Another Vail design company, Worth Interiors, created a clean, modern aesthetic for Mount Keller - still appropriate for a mountain location. The furnishings are elegant but comfortable, and the colour palette is neutral but infused with splashes of bold accent colours including red, violet and cobalt blue. Worth Interiors also integrated contemporary lines with organic and rustic accents for Mount Valhalla, where they incorporated industrial pieces and a warm and earthy colour palette. Textures were combined to create handsome spaces in Mount Valhalla, such as steel, burlap, live edge wood and leather.
