Welcome 2013 in style commencing at 7:30 pm with a Champagne reception in Pava room and then at 8:00 pm in Gresham Lobby with an exquisite six-course New Year’s Eve dinner including creative gourmet selections such as lobster and salmon salad, cranberry dusted foie gras and sour cherry terrine, roast turbot with acacia honey glaze, and much more.
