Phil Blizzard Discovers the Cinnamon Club, London will be at Jumeriah Zabeel Saray, Dubai

Travel broadcaster Phil Blizzard is looking forward to spicy Indian flavours from the master chef from London’s Cinnamon Club. Chef Vivek Singh flies into Dubai for a special series of dining experiences, from Thursday 13th November to Saturday 15th,  at the Amala Restaurant, Juemirah Zabeel Saray.

Chef Singh will not only be conjuring up delightful Mughlai cuisine, but will join forces with Amala’s Chef Aman Kumar to showcase a series of distinctive dishes, tasting experience dinners and Indian spice master classes.

Mughlai cuisine is strongly influenced by Persia and Turkey, and represents the cooking style used in Delhi, Lucknow, Punjab and Kashmir. It is known for its richness which comes from exotic spices, dried fruits and cream.  The Turkish influence is particularly significant for the Ottoman inspired resort on Palm Jumeirah. Whilst the Amala Restaurant is the resorts signature India restaurant and has won numerous awards.

Timings are Thursday 13th , Friday 14th & Saturday 15th for tasting menu and a limited a la carte menu 6pm onwards. Tasting menu price AED325 Friday 14th and Saturday 15th spice master class during lunch AED265.
