Vienna House coming to Liechtenstein

Starting in the spring of 2018, a new Vienna House will be built in Liechtenstein in the municipality of Schaan, an economic centre in the country.

The hotel will feature contemporary trends in all areas with a focus on new bar and restaurant concepts.

An urban gardening project is also planned.

The hotel, which will comprise 162 rooms and suites, is being developed by real estate developers Forol Holding and Annagh Establishment.

The project is scheduled for completion after a construction time of about 18 months.

The costs of construction are slated at around CHF 40 million.

Rupert Simoner, chief executive, Vienna House, commented on the prestigious new project: “The operation of our hotel in Dornbirn gives us several years of experience on the regional market.

“Our cooperation with the renowned construction companies Forol and Annagh, together with the positive working relationship with municipal representatives, forms the perfect basis for this flagship project.

“We’ve got a fantastic team and we look forward to the realisation of Vienna House Drei Schwestern.”

The new Vienna House Drei Schwestern is conveniently located at the crossroads between the four nations of Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

This makes the hotel an interesting accommodation for representatives and business partners of big-name international companies in the region, such as Hilti, Ivoclar Vivadent, Thyssenkrupp Presta and Swarovski.

Vienna House Drei Schwestern can expect to attract guests from several potential segments.

In addition to leisure tourists, business travellers and seminar participants, the hotel will focus on getting the local population excited about the restaurant offer.

The concept of the four-star superior hotel will deliver an authentic interpretation of Liechtenstein tradition and culture throughout the entire property.
