St. Valentine’s Week at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon.

Four Seasons Hotel Ritz is celebrating a full week of love during St. Valentine’s Week, February 11 to 18, 2012, so that guests can avoid the crazy rush on February 14. A unique spa experience and a romantic menu are available all week.

In the Spa, the Couple’s Suite Event is a complete relaxation experience. Full use of a suite, a relaxing couples massage, an aromatic bath and amenities all in place ensure a romantic getaway in the heart of the city.

At Varanda, Executive Chef Pascal Meynard has prepared a a special culinary trip. The journey starts with duck foie gras, caramelised with orange and vanilla, pumpkin cream and spicy bread; this is followed by sautéed scallops, shellfish ravioli with lemon, and carbonara emulsion. A Portuguese fresh line-caught sea bass with toasted sesame wakame seaweed clorophila, squids and asparagus condiment will be the fish course; followed by a beef filet mignon with Tasmania pepper, braised cabbage and girolles cannelloni, and honey jelly with balsamic vinegar. The romantic meal finishes with a “Jivara” chocolate fondant with hazelnuts and almonds, raspberry and ginger sorbet.
