Dusit Fudu Hotels and Resorts have signed a management agreement to operate a deluxe all-villa resort in Panzhihua city, Sichuan province, to open in 2016.

Dusit Thani Resort Panzhihua, Sichuan, featuring 200 villas, will be the first internationally-branded hotel in the city. The property is conveniently located within the city’s eco-tourism development zone, currently being developed into a new leisure & golf destination in West China. The hotel is directly opposite the high speed train station and is approximately ten minutes by car from the city’s central business district and Bao’anying Airport.

The hotel will feature the Devarana Spa with a full range of lifestyle and wellness programmes. Dining outlets will include an all-day dining restaurant and a Chinese restaurant. There is a complete range of recreational facilities including an indoor swimming pool, a well-equipped gymnasium and a golf driving range. An expansive function room and several meeting rooms featuring the latest audio-visual facilities will also be available at the resort.

Panzhihua is located at the south of Sichuan province, adjacent to Yunnan province. The city is an ideal leisure destination, especially during winter as almost every day is sunny. Daily average temperature during winter is 15ºC. Panzhihua is also known for its rich mineral resources.
