FLASH Entertainment has announced iconic Motown legends The Jacksons will share the unforgettable songs of the Jackson 5, The Jacksons, and a tribute to their brother Michael at the du Forum, Yas Island, on Friday November 30th.

Performing as part of their worldwide ‘Unity Tour’, the Jacksons Live in Abu Dhabi will feature founding members Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito in a spectacular stage show that plays homage to the ‘First Family of Music’.

UAE music fans can expect to dance, clap and sing the night away, as one of the biggest phenomenon in pop music history come together to perform their Motown, Disco and Pop hits live.

Continuing Abu Dhabi’s long tradition of hosting iconic performers, including band’s sister Janet in October 2011, The Jacksons show will be a rare opportunity to see a group that has been a centrepiece of popular culture for over 50 years.

The Unity Tour is the first time the four piece have performed together since their “Victory” album in 1984, and it brings to the UAE a show that combines the Jacksons’ trademark routines and expert choreography with a catalogue of hits that is unrivalled in popular music.

The Abu Dhabi show gives UAE music fans a unique opportunity to enjoy the ‘First Family of Music’ up close, as The Jacksons entertain with classic hits including “I Want You Back,” “ABC” and “I’ll Be There”.

The show also features a tribute to the legacy of their late brother Michael.

The Unity Tour began in June 2012 and has so far seen the band tour North America, Europe and Asia.

Speaking when the tour was announced, Jermaine Jackson said in a statement: “I am so happy and excited to perform again onstage with my brothers.  I can’t wait to sing all the songs that were so much a part of all of our lives.

“We are ready and committed to keep the family’s legacy alive and perform once again with the highest level of excellence, creativity, and most of all, integrity.”
