BTN: You have been nominated in a new category for the 2023 World Travel Awards Grand Final, World’s Leading Hi-Tec Meetings & Convention Centre. 
Can you explain in a few short words why you feel this nomination has been deserved?

SSC: This nomination is a testament to the collective efforts of our dedicated team in embracing technology and weaving it successfully into every aspect of our business. It’s truly an honour to be nominated for such a prestigious award, and I thank every individual who has contributed to our success. Ultimately, whether it’s well-deserved is a decision for the judges and our peers to make, but we are very grateful for the nomination.

Event planners and venues like Suntec will need to adapt to these trends to meet the evolving demands of audiences and stakeholders delivering customised, sustainable, eco-friendly solutions while ensuring data safety and privacy. Some emerging opportunities include AI driven AV-production & analytics, AI real-time translation, personalised event navigation, enhanced delegate interactivity, and holographic displays which will collectively push the boundaries of event experiences and storytelling.
