From 25 – 29 October, 2012 Lynne Robinson, the undisputed ‘Queen’ of Pilates will again host a series of classes and individual private sessions at the Middle East and North Africa Best Destination Spa Six Senses Zighy Bay, in the Musandam Peninsula of Oman.
This is Lynne’s second retreat at the resort, following a successful visit in April this year.
Credited with creating the boom of Pilates in the UK, Lynne has become the face of the exercise in the UK thanks to her multiple DVDs and books on the subject. She works with Premiership Football Club Chelsea, and former clients include Hugh Grant, Pat Cash and Liz Hurley. Her influence has been recognised by the media - The Times newspaper hailed Lynne as, “The Queen of Pilates”; The Observer called her “The First Lady of Pilates”.
Lynne joins a line of respected wellness professionals who have taken up practice at Oman’s Leading Spa Resort, Six Senses Zighy Bay. Her retreat is part of the resort’s comprehensive wellness programmes; designed to restore the vital body, mind and soul balance, setting guests on a path towards a healthier lifestyle. There are five different programmes, ranging from a detox package to de-stress and local experiences through adventure and fitness. The programmes can be taken over 3, 5 and 7-days.

From 25 – 29 October guests visiting on the 3-day Sense of Functional Fitness wellness programme will enjoy two private Pilates sessions with Lynne as well as unlimited group sessions. In-house guests can also enjoy private and group sessions held on the spa’s open air Spa Pavilion.
