Hertz Portugal has launched the BMW motorcycle rental service Hertz Ride in France in partnership with Hertz Europe, BMW and Touratech.

High-end BMW motorcycles equipped with Touratech products are now available for rent from Hertz Ride in Cannes, Nice, Orange and Paris.

Enthusiasts can also enjoy a selection of Hertz Ride discovery tours specially designed for motorcycle and adventure lovers.

The new motorcycle rental and tour service in France follow the success of Hertz Ride in Portugal and Spain, operations which are also managed by Hertz Portugal, a longstanding franchisee of The Hertz Corporation.

Duarte Guedes, general manager, Hertz Portugal, said: “We are thrilled to launch Hertz Ride in France, following the service’s huge success in Portugal and Spain.

“Travellers and locals can now discover France’s fantastic scenery while riding any of the modern BMW motorcycles available through Hertz Ride.

“We are confident that Hertz Ride will open a whole new world of adventure to new and existing customers.”

The Hertz Ride BMW models which customers in France can take to the open road include the BMW F700 GS, BMW R1200 GS, BMW R1200 RT and BMW R NINE T Scrambler.

Fully designed for comfort and safety, all Hertz Ride motorcycles are equipped with a side panier, top case and engine protection from Touratech, a premium brand within the adventure motorcycle market.

A helmet and lock are also included.
