Crestline to Manage Hilton Garden Inn

MCLEAN, Va., Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. will manage the 240-room Hilton Garden Inn under development near the Dallas Market Center in Texas. The conversion of an existing hotel to the Hilton Garden Inn brand will take eight months and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2004. The hotel is located off North Stemmons Freeway across from the Dallas Market Center and adjacent to the Wyndham Anatole Hotel.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts` portfolio of managed hotels includes many high quality urban properties under brands such as Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott.
