Crestline to Manage Hilton Garden Inn

MCLEAN, Va., Crestline Hotels & Resorts, Inc. will manage the 240-room Hilton Garden Inn under development near the Dallas Market Center in Texas. The conversion of an existing hotel to the Hilton Garden Inn brand will take eight months and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2004. The hotel is located off North Stemmons Freeway across from the Dallas Market Center and adjacent to the Wyndham Anatole Hotel.
Crestline Hotels & Resorts` portfolio of managed hotels includes many high quality urban properties under brands such as Hilton Garden Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. Dave Durbin, President & CEO of Crestline Hotels & Resorts said, “We`re very excited to be involved with another hotel repositioning project. Our ability to assess a market, then re-brand and reposition a hotel can create significant value for the owners. The eight-story, 240-room Hilton Garden Inn Dallas Market Center will offer a complimentary 24-hour business center and each guestroom will feature an oversized work desk plus two telephones each with two phone lines, high speed Internet access and on-hold feature. All guests will enjoy the microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in every guestroom. The property will feature a complimentary swimming pool and fitness center, and a Pavilion Pantry(TM) convenience mart which will sell snacks and sundry items 24-hours a day. In addition, the hotel has over 5000 square feet of flexible meeting space to accommodate meetings and special events.
