Wyndham International, Inc. (NYSE:WYN) announced today that it will manage two luxury properties in Martha`s Vineyard. The 53-room Kelley House and the 124-room Harbor View will be added to the Wyndham Luxury Resort portfolio on November 1, 2001. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The Kelley House and The Harbor View will undergo a guestroom expansion beginning Oct. 2001. After the expansion is complete in May 2002, the properties will feature 60 and 130 guestrooms, respectively.

Kleisner, chairman and chief executive officer of Wyndham. “Kelley House and The Harbor View perfectly complement our current portfolio of luxury resorts, and continue our corporate strategy to grow our resorts division in prime vacation destinations.”

Originally built in 1742 as a tavern, the Kelley House is ideally located near the waterfront in downtown Edgarton. The inn was completely renovated in 2000 and features 53 guestrooms, including eight one- and two-bedroom suites. Maritime artifacts and artwork add decorative touches to the warm, home-like atmosphere of the main lobby. Additional hotel features include an outdoor pool that offers a view of Edgartown Harbor, private parking, business traveler services and an historic pub.

As its name predicates, the newly renovated Harbor View hotel features expansive views of the harbor and the famous Edgartown Lighthouse. Other features include luxurious guestrooms including one- and two- bedroom cottages, event space for up to 300 people, an outdoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, business and concierge service, private parking and two restaurants.

Both properties are minutes away from countless entertainment opportunities including wildlife tours, sailing, biking, beachcombing and deep-sea fishing. Edgartown features one-of-a-kind boutiques and scenic golf courses.
