We are pleased to announce that pursuant to the Sale and Purchase Agreement between KLM and D.Logistics the official transfer of full ownership of Cargo Service Center (CSC) to D.Logistics has been executed.

CSC is a major global air cargo ground services operator. CSC delivers activities of handling services to airlines, handling more than 1,5 million tons of cargo annually through 65 stations in 17 countries, ensuring a worldwide presence.
