Viva International, Inc. (OTCBB: VIVI) announced today that it has completed its agreements with Royal Aruban Airlines on behalf of Hardyston Distributors, Inc., Its wholly owned subsidiary, to acquire a 49% shareholder interest. The agreement has received the approval of the Aruban Minister of Transportation Edison Briesen.
It was also announced that Royal Aruban`s President and CEO, Eric Hagens has agreed to continue to serve the Company in those roles. Mr. Hagens has been Royal Aruban`s President from the Company`s inception.

The amount of support and enthusiasm from Minister Briesen has been encouraging as has been the support of the Aruban Tourism Authority. Our expected commencement of flight operations is still on target and Mr. Hagens and I will concentrate on sorting through the remaining details to get us in the air. Royal Aruban Airlines yesterday received final authorization from the Aruban Department of Civil Aviation for operations from Aruba to Fort Lauderdale utilizing equipment from Miami based Falcon Air Express.
