“I established Le Bon Visage after realizing that many dermatology, oncology and reconstructive surgery practices lack the space or the funds to offer esthetic services to their patients,” explains Liz Quesnelle, a licensed esthetician, corrective make-up artist and owner of Le Bon Visage. “Here we can help them find the treatments they want and require.”
In addition to individuals currently under medical supervision, Le Bon Visage offers a private, relaxing haven for post-operative patients. “Individuals who have gone through major reconstructive surgery or who have exhausted all medical routes for their skin disorder are often embarrassed by their condition, and they don`t feel comfortable going to a regular day spa.” Says Quesnelle. “They need quality skin care from someone who understands their condition, the physiological differences in their skin and the psychological aspects of feeling `different`.”
Another unique aspect of Le Bon Visage`s approach to corrective skin care is its emphasis on home care education with the goal being client empowerment.
