Nasdaq:AMTR) to provide the carrier with the industry`s leading e-business solutions built upon the Datalex BookIt! MATRIX?Etechnology framework.

The agreement includes Datalex BookIt! CONSUMER?E the premier Java-enriched online booking engine for consumers that is built above the Datalex integration technology platform. In addition, Datalex will also install the Datalex BookIt! FARES?Esoftware to provide a crucial link for the distribution of air fares to airlines, consolidators, agencies and online portals. Providing a single repository for multiple fare requirements, BookIt! FARES facilities will enable ATA to reach a broader market with their products.

“After a lengthy review process, we found Datalex to be the ideal partner in realizing our innovative e-business strategy,” said Don Moonjian, Vice President of Marketing for ATA. “We needed a solution that provided us with superb functionality and flexibility, while enabling us to take our e-business strategy to new levels. Datalex`s total cost of ownership model, as well as their proven expertise in expanding the online sales and distribution channel, was a critical component in their selection.”

“Datalex is proud to be involved and associated with the implementation of ATA`s e-business strategy,” said Jim Crawford, Vice President of Sales, Americas for Datalex. “As a major carrier renowned for quality and customer service, ATA`s decision to utilize the technology framework developed by Datalex will encourage advanced innovations and efficiencies, resulting in even greater benefits for their millions of passengers.”

According to Bob Ellison, Director e-Business and Network Services for ATA, the three main reasons for the Datalex decision were non-transaction based pricing model, `out-of-the-box` feature set and taking control of our own product and its future.
