ebookers.com has been chosen to provide the ticketing and customer fulfillment for Korean Air`s new UK website.

The arrangement is expected to be live within two months, in time for flights to Korea, hosts of football`s World Cup in June 2002. All bookings made through the Korean Air UK website will be processed and fulfilled by ebookers, and ebookers staff will carry out customer service for Korean Air online customers.

This is the first time ebookers has used its technology and infrastructure to carry out booking, ticketing and customer fulfillment services for a third party, and this is an area with the potential for further expansion.
