Carlson Rezidor confirms Radisson Blu Conference & Spa Hotel, Istanbul Tuzla
Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has announced the new Radisson Blu Conference & Spa Hotel, Istanbul Tuzla will open in the last three months of the year. The 249 room property will become Carlson Rezidor’s seventh hotel in Istanbul and further strengthens the group’s leading position within the upper upscale segment in Istanbul.
Hilton signs Lanzhou property to continue Chinese expansion
Hilton Worldwide has announced the signing of a management agreement with Lanzhou Friendship Hotel to build a hotel consisting of approximately 389 guest rooms in Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu province. Scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2017, the 389-room Hilton Lanzhou will reside in the city’s central commercial district and provides Hilton Worldwide with greater access to China’s rapidly developing northwest China.
EVEN Hotels announces first two hotel openings
InterContinental Hotels Group has announced the signing of two EVEN Hotels properties, confirming locations for the highly-anticipated first hotels and continuing development momentum for the holistic wellness brand. The hotels, located at 1775 Rockville Pike in Rockville and 426 Main Avenue in Norwalk, are strategically located in major feeder markets for Washington, DC and New York City, and are well-suited to meet the demands of the large population of wellness-mined people living in and travelling to those areas.
New Wyndham hotels set for Turkey
Wyndham Hotel Group has said it will launch two new Wyndham Hotels & Resorts-branded properties in Turkey. The properties will be operated through franchise agreements with Özdilek Otel Turizm İşletmeciliği Ve Ticaret, a company belonging to the Özdilek Holding group.
