IHG’s first hotel announced in Rayong, Thailand
InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG), one of the world’s largest hotel companies, and Felicity Asset Co. Ltd have signed an agreement to build Holiday Inn & Suites Rayong City Centre, the first IHG property in Rayong.

Kimpton Hotels expands in Caribbean with Gran Cayman hotel
Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants has announced plans to open its first Caribbean resort, a 263-room hotel on acclaimed Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. Due to open in 2016, the resort will be Grand Cayman’s first design driven, boutique-style hotel and the first new development in a decade on Seven Mile Beach.
Starwood opens Sheraton San Jose Costa Rica
