Four Seasons launches new app for Chinese travellers
Four Seasons has launched a dedicated App entirely in Simplified Chinese that has been uniquely designed to suit the preferred user experience of Chinese travellers. Similar to the global Four Seasons App launched earlier this year, the new Four Seasons Chinese App offers on-the-go access to hotel services and expert concierge recommendations, with a culturally intuitive look and interface, tailored to Chinese guests.
New global business development leader for Four Seasons
Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts continues to extend its leadership position with the appointment of Bart Carnahan as executive vice president, global business development. Effective November 2015, Carnahan will oversee Four Seasons global development efforts, working collaboratively with teams around the world to support the company’s growth objectives and build on the reputation of Four Seasons as the partner of choice for luxury hotel and residential projects.
Four Seasons opens latest property in Casablanca, Morocco
Four Seasons Hotel Casablanca, a new oceanside hotel in Morocco’s largest city, is celebrating its grand opening with its first guests. The 186-room Hotel cascades down toward the Atlantic, providing a luxurious retreat inspired by ocean waves and kissed by cool breezes.
Four Seasons moves into Brazil with São Paulo property
Four Seasons had confirmed plans to open Four Seasons Hotel São Paulo at Nações Unidas in 2017, with Private Residences to follow. Through the partnership between Iron House Real Estate and Tamweelview European Holdings, the 254-room Hotel and 84 Private Residences will be the group’s first foray into Brazil.
Leadership announced for Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown
Four Seasons will open Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown in 2016, its second hotel in the city, with 16-year company veteran Peter Humig at the helm. Born and educated in Switzerland, Humig is a tri-lingual globetrotter who was most recently general manager at the award-winning Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler.

From a population of 22 million in Mumbai to 100,000 on Langkawi, Andrew Harrison has joined Four Seasons Resort Langkawi as general manager. As a boy, Harrison would watch Whicker’s World on TV, intrigued by the glitz of five-star hotels and exotic destinations.
