Digitrips launches AI-powered virtual assistant by mTrip
Digitrips has launched an intuitive, ChatGPT-powered virtual assistant service, offering travel tips and destination advice to travellers in 11 languages. Powered by its subsidiary mTrip, the feature is being tested in Digitrips’ MisterFly App and will soon become available for B2B customers through the app’s white-label version. The announcement comes as mTrip celebrates a 70% rise in PNRs management and 140 B2B clients globally.
