Restaurant at Four Seasons Scottsdale welcomes Andrea Sikorski as GM

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North welcomes Andrea Sikorski as General Manager of Talavera restaurant and Onyx Bar & Lounge, arriving most recently from True Food Kitchen at the Scottsdale Quarter.

“Andrea’s passion for food and beverage make her a great fit for overseeing the Talavera and Onyx teams,” says Bryan Feigenbaum, assistant director of food and beverage at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale. “Her energy and excitement are contagious, and will serve her well in her new role.”

Sikorski brings with her an extensive amount of experience, most recently as the opening manager of True Food Kitchen at the Scottsdale Quarter. She worked with Fox Restaurant Concepts for more than three years, and was involved in overseeing the operations of Bloom, Olive & Ivy and True Food. Prior to working with one of the most successful restaurant groups in the Valley, Sikorski worked for two years with Young’s Market, learning the ins and outs of beverage distribution and further refining her beverage knowledge. She also was restaurant manager of T. Cook’s at the Royal Palms Resort and Spa for more than two years, and before that, a manager and instructor at Scottsdale Culinary Institute shortly after moving to Arizona .

Sikorski grew up in New York City in a food-driven family, and places high importance on the communal experience of food. When she is not working, Sikorski can be found travelling to New York City and San Francisco searching for the perfect slice of pizza or dining at some of the best hidden neighbourhood gems.
