Patina Hotels & Resorts and Telos Investment have jointly announced the signing of an agreement to operate The Patina, Thanburudhoo, Maldives, located in North Malé Atoll, 12 km north-east of capital city Malé in Maldives.

Accessible in 20-minutes by speedboat from Malé International Airport, The Patina, Thanburudhoo Maldives’ prime and privileged location enables the hotel’s staff to welcome and whisk guests to the property at any time of the day, ensuring smooth and speedy arrivals.

With 40 luxury overwater villas and 30 landed villas, the property will be masterfully designed by world-renowned and award-winning architect Kerry Hill, whose forte is contemporary luxury resort design in tropical Asia.
