Launch of Flybe’s Manchester/Rennes route

Launch of Flybe’s Manchester/Rennes route

The Flybe route between Manchester and Rennes opened this Saturday. This direct flight operates from 22nd May until the 25th September, within 1h35. Two weekly flights are scheduled, on Tuesday and Saturday.

The UK-based regional airline has operated this seasonal route since 2007. This year, Flybe will connect Rennes Airport with 5 direct international routes namely Edinburgh, Exeter, Birmingham, Manchester and Southampton. There are also numerous connections to other Flybe destinations from these airports.

Last year, more than 41 000 passengers travelled on these direct flights. The success of these routes contributed to the increase of the airport’s international traffic: so far 56 000 passengers in 2009.
