Europcar, the leader in car hire services in Europe, is focusing on helping business drivers enjoy fast, stress-free car hire with the launch of a new fast-track service: eReady. Available at many Europcar locations in the UK, as well as across Europe and in Australia and New Zealand, the new e:Ready service offers a convenient way to speed up the car hire process and is completely free of charge. Utilising dedicated ‘Ready Service’ counters, business travellers can ‘jump the queue’ and get on their way quickly.
All bookings paid online in advance can select the eReady service, enabling Europcar to use booking information such as credit card and customer details, to prepare the paperwork needed. Then, when the customer heads to the dedicated Ready Service counter, all they need to do is sign the rental agreement and head onto immediate vehicle collection.
The only conditions of the Europcar eReady service are that customers set up a Europcar ID at the point of booking and must pay online. Plus bookings must be made no less than 48 hours before the rental. Available in the UK at all major airports and downtown City locations as well as France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Australia and New Zealand eReady recognises the time pressures that so many business travellers are under when they arrive at a car hire location. They need to pick up the cars and get on their way as quickly as possible.
