VANCOUVER, Oct. 26 / CINEMA INTERNET NETWORKS INC. (d.b.a. CinemaWorks, CDNX: CWK) is pleased to announce that it has signed a commercial agreement with Wiredinn.com Inc. Under the agreement, the companies have joined forces to deploy free high-speed Internet services to the hospitality industry worldwide.

Under the terms of the commercial agreement:
* CinemaWorks will have first right of refusal to install and to thereafter maintain Internet connectivity services for hotels in Canada and the United States.
* International locations may be added to the agreement at a later date.
* CinemaWorks will own the high-speed Internet network equipment unless a hotel customer buys the equipment. In most cases, it is anticipated that the high-speed Internet equipment will be leased or rented on a turnkey basis.
Wiredinn.com will provide and maintain the Wiredinn Portal, a content-rich resource for travelers featuring news, information, business tools and services, for each hotel.

CinemaWorks will benefit greatly by providing high-speed Internet equipment, as well as contract installation and maintenance to hotels in Canada and the USA.
