Wyndham International (NYSE:WYN) continues the growth of its all-suite brand with the development of the 142-suite Summerfield Suites(R) by Wyndham - Pleasant Hill, Calif.
Owned by Pleasant Hill Lodging Partners LP. and managed by LodgeWorks, L.P., the property is scheduled to open Nov. 2002.

Located in the center of downtown Pleasant Hill on 2611 Contra Costa Blvd., the property will be a step away from the newly constructed 355,000 sq. ft. retail complex, which houses office space, shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. Additionally, the hotel site marks the last remaining undeveloped parcel within the downtown Redevelopment Area.

The Summerfield Suites by Wyndham - Pleasant Hill, located just 25 miles east of San Francisco and 13 miles north of the Tri-Valley Market Area, will primarily service transient business travelers from Pleasant Hill`s mid-size, regional offices of financial, banking, service and telecommunications companies.
Ideal for business travelers and extended stays, the Summerfield Suites by Wyndham - Pleasant Hill will feature 58 one-bedroom, 28 two-bedroom and 56 studio suites, each with a fully equipped kitchen.
