AAU and AmeriSuites Sign Hotel Agreement

Amateur Athletic Union
(AAU) and Prime Hospitality Corp.(R) have signed a three-year agreement for
AmeriSuites(R) hotels to be the “official hotel” of the AAU.  Under the
agreement the AAU will receive a monetary contribution, value-in-kind, and
discount lodging year round.  In exchange, AmeriSuites will receive
considerable media exposure in AAU publications and opportunities for AAU
bookings at its hotels.

“This is an outstanding opportunity for the AAU,” said AAU President and
Executive Director, Bobby Dodd. “Not only do the teams and members benefit
from special room rates during their competitive travel, but this agreement
allows for preferred treatment for AAU members throughout the year. While
establishing this relationship, we found that many of our participants already
stay at and prefer AmeriSuites hotels.”

“AmeriSuites is pleased to partner with AAU, its` sports teams and their
families. AAU provides a thriving environment for kids to learn the values of
sportsmanship and competition,” said Denny Hill, AmeriSuites Sr. VP,
Operations. “But traveling can be stressful, particularly on kids. As AAU`s
official lodging choice, AmeriSuites hotels offers all the comforts of home,
from oversized suites and our complimentary Bountiful Breakfast Buffet(SM), to
fitness centers and pools, so every team can do its best.”

The Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) is one of the largest, non-profit,
volunteer, sports organizations in the United States. A multi-sport
organization, the AAU is dedicated exclusively to the promotion and
development of amateur sports and physical fitness programs for all ages.
AAU`s philosophy of “Sports for All, Forever,” is shared by nearly
500,000 participants and over 50,000 volunteers.  Divided into
58 associations, the AAU sanctions more than 34 sports programs, 250 national
championships, and over 10,000 local events across the United States annually.
