has integrated offline reservation channels into its software solutions:
Traveldoo ShopSite(tm), Traveldoo Portal(tm) and Traveldoo Mobile(tm).
The coordination of offline and online channels allows enterprises to unify and
get the best of all travel purchasing channels, while accelerating the shift
to online travel booking.

The integration of traditional distribution channels adds another dimension
to electronic travel management. Offline activity - reservation,
modification, cancellation, ticketing - is captured and integrated into
information flow processed by Traveldoo solutions. It enables travellers to
view, modify or cancel a reservation made by telephone through the Internet.
