Elite Flight Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:EFLT) announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire American Air Network of St. Louis, Mo.
American Air Network has been a leader in charter aviation for 25 years and currently has a fleet of 50 aircraft. Elite and American Air Network recently completed a joint venture marketing agreement and have now decided to explore merging operations.
Terms of the deal were not announced. A due diligence period of 60 days is set forth in the Letter of Intent.
