America West Airlines Announces New International Commission Program

America West Airlines (NYSE: AWA) today
announced it has revised its travel agent commission program for international
travel purchased in the United States and Canada.
 
immediately, tickets purchased in the United States for travel
outside the United States or Canada will earn an eight percent base
commission, with a maximum payment of $100 for each roundtrip and $50 for each
one-way itinerary.  Tickets purchased in Canada for travel outside Canada or
the United States will earn an eight percent base commission, with a maximum
payment of $140 CAD for each roundtrip and $70 CAD for each one-way itinerary.
