The Chief Executive of Skytrax Research of London, Mr Edward Plaisted, said that “the survey is the most important of its type in the world today and Malaysia Airlines has managed to maintain its leadership in terms of customer support for the quality of cabin staff service”.

He added that although staff efficiency and attentiveness were a clear priority in establishing the leaders, the winning edge was determined through the added values from the character, style and general warmth and sincerity of an airline`s front line employees.

Malaysia Airlines is proud of this customer recognition, as it is a testimony of the positive response of its employees towards the turnaround plans activated by management last year.
