Unaira unveils new DSP

Unaira has announced the launch of its Destination Services Platform for the travel industry in the U.S. and U.K.This platform enables traditional and online travel agents, but also their end-user consumers, to book a wide range of travel-related services from multiple providers through a common interface. These services include airport transfers, sports and theatre tickets, activity breaks, and sightseeing tours. Unaira utilizes patent-pending technology and extensive resources to give travel agents the ability to increase revenues by offering these destination services in than 400 of the world’s top destinations-all in one place.

The partnership between Unaira and Amadeus allows travellers and retail partners to seamlessly purchase services from hundreds of destination content suppliers and consolidators such as Gray Lines, Activity Breaks, HolidayTaxis, LoungePass, MyTicketMarket, and Viator.

Through the service, travel agents can provide a premium service and increase customer loyalty, while earning extra revenue through customized and exclusive offers. Customers and agents able to easily review and manage their trips through Amadeus’ itinerary services portal www.CheckMyTrip.com and through Amadeus’ e-mail confirmation service. Unaira’s unique destination content can also be accessed and integrated by online travel retailers through a range of e-commerce solutions, such as API and custom white labels.

Currently, more than 1000 travel agencies in the U.K and U.S. are able to use the Amadeus network to secure bookings, with plans to deploy Unaira’s services through the Amadeus Activities & Entertainment interface for agencies in Spain, France, and Germany over the next year. In addition to the service being a turnkey solution, the online travel industry can also utilize it as a custom “white label” solution and API.
