Expedia will host a conference call to discuss financial results for
its fourth quarter and year-ended December 31, 2006 on Thursday, February
15, 2007, at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) / 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET).
Expedia, Inc. will issue a press release reporting its results before the
market opens on February 15.
  The press release, live audiocast and audiocast replay will be
available to the public at http://www.expediainc.com/ir. Replays of the conference
call are expected to be available for at least three months after the call
date.
