Hilton teams up on turtle hatching

During the summer months the nesting season for the endangered and protected Giant Leatherback Turtles takes place. These remarkable creatures swim thousands of miles to return to the place of their birth to nest, lay their eggs and hatch their baby turtles on selected beaches around the island.

Be at one with nature and watch with an organised group during August to September. Sightings can occur at any time, day or night, so be ready for some late night excitement! On the recreational side the surrounding Island is home to the oldest protected rainforest in the Western Hemisphere and with Tobago Forest Reservation, King’s Bay Waterfall, The National Fine Arts Centre, The Museum of Tobago and many spectacular beaches and bays to visit you’ll be spoilt for choice.

The Hilton Tobago Golf & Spa Resort, situated on stunning coastline, offers water sports, beautiful beaches, Children’s Learning Centre and Gold Palm Dive Centre, making it easy to explore the glorious turquoise waters. For golf lovers the Tobago Plantations PGA-designed championship golf course is just at the entrance to the resort, and for those simply wishing to relax the resort has a brand new Equilibrium Face and Body Spa featuring a wide variety of treatments designed to renew body, mind and soul.
