InnSeason upgrades reservation centre

InnSeason Resorts is selecting Inntopia.CRS for its central reservation system.

InnSeason Resorts provides over 20,000 customers with ownership opportunities, and manages over 220,000 lodging nights each year across nine hotel, timeshare and condominium properties in New England, is in the process of upgrading its website and reservation systems.

“This is an important step in the execution of our strategic plan to expand services to full travel fulfillment,” states Paul Carney, InnSeason Vice President of Resort Services.  “It is important that our technology keeps pace with our ongoing development so that we may provide owners and prospects with the level of service expected in the competitive travel market.”

With 3 call centers and a variety of resorts throughout New England, a truly robust and flexible solution was required to process reservations, and build package plans on line by guests and agents. Inntopia.CRS is a hosted, browser-based model that integrates the call center seamlessly with Internet reservations at the reservation center, allowing for greater distribution of inventory and more accurate reporting and revenue projection.

Carney adds “We chose Inntopia after an extensive search of the leading software solutions. The flexibility it offers will allow us to be very consumer friendly. Currently, we offer a variety of packages at our 6 resorts, which are pre-packaged with very specific components. Inntopia’s P2P program will enable our system to let the consumer create and book their own vacation components, a virtual vacation shopping cart. On our revitalized web site, launching this summer, guests will be able to choose their activities before they arrive and have the tickets waiting at our Front Desks! Inntopia is working with us on several new initiatives as well, including air travel (which they already offer) and a full interface into our property management system.”

“We are particularly enthusiastic about this relationship because of InnSeason Resorts well deserved reputation for coupling cutting edge technology with traditional New England hospitality,” says Trevor Crist, CEO of Inntopia.  “InnSeason’s ability to present the consumer with the choice of a traditional or a partial ownership vacation creates an opportunity for both of our organizations that we are eager to embrace.”
