Trust implements MSI Voyager interface

TRUST International is implementing a Web Services interface between its Voyager Central Reservation System (CRS) and MSI’s (Multi Systems Incorporated) WinPM property management system (PMS).

The interface provides a seamless, two-way integration between any hotel using the MSI property management system and Voyager CRS. It fully automates the exchange of data between the hotel property and all connected channels (IDS, CRS, GDS) for room availability, rates, groups, guest profiles and reservations to provide a single image solution.

The MSI Voyager interface allows hotels to increase their online bookings and productivity, since it ensures that customers have access to the best rates and real time availability through every channel, whilst the hotel maintains control over both. The automation can also deliver tangible cost benefits through process cost savings.

There are already 220 properties using this new interface, which is available to any hotel property using the Voyager CRS.

“We are proud to offer hotel groups that use Voyager CRS the widest range of available functionality, through our partnership and integration with TRUST,” said Mark Houser, chief information officer for MSI.

“We are pleased to partner with MSI, said Richard Wiegmann, Chief Operating Officer TRUST International and WIZCOM International.  “We have again proved that we continue to set the pace for the industry as we already have in place what others are still planning to introduce.”
