Worldspan Unveils SecuRate® Air Plus

today announced that SecuRate Air Plus, the company’s new global Web-based negotiated fare management solution, has entered final user-testing and will be available to Worldspan travel agency, e-commerce, corporate and airline customers later this month. Offering unlimited fare data storage capability and more efficient pricing without the need for special access codes, SecuRate Air Plus is designed to support today’s increasingly sophisticated requirements for managing negotiated fares.

SecuRate Air Plus stores and processes all fare information, negotiated and published, in a single secure database, resulting in fast, efficient processing with just one pricing entry. With SecuRate Air Plus, negotiated fares may be accessed via Worldspan e-Pricing® for Worldspan Power Pricing® and Power Shopper® searches. The new system is also fully integrated with Worldspan Rapid RepriceSM for more complete, consistent repricing transactions. SecuRate Air Plus also features an expanded automated rules capability and historical fares and rules for more efficient processing. In addition, SecuRate Air Plus’ new user-friendly Web-based User Interface makes inputting and managing fare data faster and easier than ever.
