British summertime comes to The Lawn at The Tower Hotel

10th Jul 2014

British summertime has finally arrived and with it comes the opening of a hot new pop-up bar, The Lawn.

Boasting arguably the best view in London, sitting at the foot of Tower Bridge, it’s the perfect place to soak up the sunshine and enjoy classic British food and drink.

The Lawn at The Tower Hotel is the latest addition to London’s thriving pop up bar scene.

With a brand new bar serving cocktails and ice-cold draught beers, a trike serving Pimms and Lemonade and street food vans serving British favourites, The Lawn is the perfect riverside venue to enjoy a lazy summers afternoon.

As well as offering breathtaking views of one of London’s most iconic landmarks, The Lawn at The Tower Hotel has been transformed into a British summer haven, complete with lawn, deck chairs and garden games.

The new bar is an inviting space for Londoners and tourists alike, whether it’s daytime refreshments, post–work revelry or simply to take in one of the world’s most striking views.

Billy Hughes, general manager of the Tower Hotel, London, said: “The Lawn is the perfect location to enjoy summer in London. With the best view of Tower Bridge, and specially created drinks and street food, it’s a relaxing location to catch up with friends and colleagues.”

With events such as the Clipper 2013-14 Round the World Yacht Race on its doorstep, the bar is an ideal spot for sporting enthusiasts too.

The Lawn can also be booked for corporate events or private parties.
