AWAS to lease nine new A320 aircraft to Thai Airways

AWAS announced today that it has agreed to place nine A320 aircraft from its new order pipeline with Thai Airways, the flag carrier of Thailand. These aircraft will be used for the expansion of Thai’s successful regional subsidiary, ThaiSmile.

Mr. Sorajak, President of Thai Airways said, “We are very pleased to enter into a new relationship with AWAS for the lease of nine new A320 aircraft. AWAS worked very closely with our team to not only secure these aircraft, but to also assist with technical aspects as well as develop a new cabin specification.”
