ABTA agrees new arbitration partner

ABTA has finalised an agreement with leading dispute resolution specialists CEDR Solve for the handling of its arbitration scheme starting from 12 July 2011. The new partnership will allow the Association to continue to offer the highest quality arbitration scheme at no extra cost to Members or consumers.

Charles Fachiri ABTA Consumer Affairs Manager said: “We are looking forward to working closely with CEDR Solve and I know their expertise will be of significant benefit as we continue to search for ways to improve our arbitration service both for ABTA Members and their customers.”
