Flybe’s volcanic ash update- Tuesday 11th May 2010

All Flybe flights are operating as normal today with the exception BE1771 Southampton - Faro and BE1772 Faro - Southampton that have been CANCELLED due to the ongoing volcanic ash situation.

Passengers, particularly those booked on flights to and from Alicante this afternoon, are advised to check this website on a regular basis throughout the day for further updates.

LOGANAIR
Loganair services on all routes are operating as planned today. However, some services continue to be subjected to delays by air traffic control restrictions and the knock-on effects from the severe problems experienced yesterday. 

At this time, there is no indication that volcanic ash will have any adverse effect on Loganair’s services for the remainder of today. 

Re-booking and refunds

If your flight has been cancelled because of of volcanic ash disruption, you can:

a)  Rebook free of charge for travel within the next 28 days subject to space being available on the aircraft.
b)  Rebook for travel at any time for no charge provided that your original fare is available.
