Festive season celebrations at Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza

From the moment guests enter the popular Lobby Lounge and Beymen Café, a superb array of seasonal specialties will be on offer, including hand-made chocolates.

The night before Christmas is a special time and Nile Plaza offers a choice of venues to enjoy a delightful evening. Aqua, overlooking the Nile, is offering a set menu dinner that includes roasted scallops, pan-fried sea bass or roast duck, finished with a maroon raspberry bûche. For those looking for an Italian flavour, Bella offers such treats as pigeon consommé, lobster and mushroom ravioli or beef tenderloin, and a dessert of a “liquid heart” white chocolate meringue. Spice, Steaks, Beymen Café and the Bar will continue to serve their popular à la carte menus on Christmas Eve.

To treat the family to a sumptuous Christmas Day gourmet dinner, reservations at Zitouni are recommended. The Egyptian-themed buffet is laced with a truly international twist.

To help celebrate the arrival of 2012 in style, Four Seasons Cairo at Nile Plaza will be pulling out all the stops to ensure that New Year’s Eve is a special event. A cosmopolitan evening at Bella includes superb dishes such as stuffed gnocchi with asparagus and shavings of black truffle, along with veal fillet and foie gras. For seafood lovers, Aqua may be the best choice. The seafood restaurant is hosting a dinner with culinary delights including Alaskan crab ravioli, pan-fried scallops and succulent Australian beef medallions with potatoes. This is sweetly finished with a dessert trio.

All other restaurants at the Hotel will continue to offer their a la carte menus throughout the holiday period.
